Since 1991, Rebuilding Together Long Beach has completed over 300 community revitalization and home repair projects and has impacted communities across Long Beach, Orange and LA counties. Over the last 27 years, more than 14,000 volunteers have devoted over 115,000 hours in support of their neighbors and community. RTLB averages $8,210 in direct costs on repairs to each home, alleviating the burden between choosing to repair the home or purchase food, heating, medicine, or other basic essentials and allowing the residents to remain housed. Today, Rebuilding Together has grown into premier nonprofit community revitalization organization.
