Service Levels

RTLB Services are divided into two levels:

Level I - Services consist of work that can be performed in as little as one day and require less than 72 hours of preparation. Excluding the application and issuance of permits. RTLB may require the homeowner to pull the necessary permit.

Level II - Services typically require multiple days of on-site work, multiple permits, including pre and post site inspections and clearance. Level II Services may require two or more skilled contractors working numerous days or weeks.

Level I and Level II services are available to owner-occupied single-family residences. RVs and roof repairs are excluded. If applicable, the homeowner is solely responsible for obtaining written approval from the Homeowners Association or Property Management.
